With years of experience in holistic nutrition and ritual coaching, I’ve seen transformations that feel like magic and I’ve lived them myself. I healed my nut allergies, regained energy, and found peace through this intuitive, nature-based way of living. Our sessions go beyond nutrition, they connect your whole being. We’ll move in a way that fits your lifestyle, bringing lightness and joy to your body while nurturing your inner calm. To start, you’re invited to a free 30-minute yoga or live cooking session: a warm, easy way to feel our energy and connect with the flow.
From there, you can step into our 3-month holistic program, where you’ll receive close personal guidance, ritual tools, and deep transformation.
