‍Our physical products are available only by request.
Each piece is handcrafted and mainly imported from Colombia. To minimize our impact on the climate, we work without stock and limit unnecessary transport.
Shipping costs and times depend on the location of the order and will be discussed individually upon request.

‍Digital Products
‍Digital products are available for direct download after purchase.
All digital content is protected by copyright and may not be resold, copied, or distributed.
Your digital products will remain accessible at all times.
If you experience any issue with your download or file, please contact us — we’re here to help.

All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via our external payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or Mollie). Their terms and conditions apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can find a solution.

‍Physical products can be returned within the conditions of our payment provider.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Please send us a photo before returning the item.
Damaged or used items will not be accepted for return.
Once the return is approved, your refund will be issued through the same payment method.
The costs for a return shipment (signature shipment mandatory) is for the expense of the buyer.

Guided sessions and workshops can not be exchanged or returned.

Product Care - Mochilas

Each mochila is one-of-a-kind — small variations in color, size, or texture are part of its handmade nature.
To care for your bag:

🫧 Clean stains with handwarm water and natural soap (ossengalzeep).
💦 Rinse with handwarm water.
💨 Air dry horizontally, away from direct sunlight. Warm dry can cause the fibers to change its composition.
🐑 Wool fibers are an animal product and can naturally change over time which is the charm of the product.
🫟 Please be careful with sharp items or inked tools & make-up to put in the bag. If wanted, it is possible to request an inside cover pouch.
